Avast - Interim Dividend

Avast's Board of Directors (the "Directors") have declared a conditional interim dividend of 4.8 cents per share. The interim dividend is conditional on the recommended merger announced on 10 August 2021 between the Company and NortonLifeLock Inc. ("NortonLifeLock") (the "Merger"), not having become effective before 11 August 2022 (the "Conditional Interim Dividend").
