Microsoft holds annual shareholder meeting
REDMOND, Wash., Nov. 30, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Speaking to shareholders at Microsoft Corp.'s annual meeting on Wednesday, Chief Executive Officer Satya Nadella highlighted how digital technology is transforming people and organizations across the world, and the opportunity for Microsoft.
REDMOND, Wash. — Nov. 30, 2016 — Microsoft Corp. on Wednesday announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.39 per share. The dividend is payable March 9, 2017, to shareholders of record on Feb. 16, 2017. The ex-dividend date will be Feb. 14, 2017.
