Client services staff - Most, Praha, Ostrava, Teplice

Work tasks

  • Dealing with people interested in using investment instruments, concluding agreements, accepting trading instructions for investment instruments
  • Dealing with people interested in bank services, completing monetary transactions
  • Securing client advisory services in branch offices in terms of the capital market (including investment advice) and in the area of financial products and services
  • Caring for existing clients and obtaining new clients from those who register as interested in services (NO telemarketing!)

We require:

  • At least secondary school education
  • Experience with trading positions or economic education
  • We welcome practical or at least theoretical expertise with the functions of stock markets
  • At least passive English abilities to the level of understanding text
